[About Pastiche Salon - Pastiche is Janice Allen's new salon home beginning January 17th, 2012. { Pastiche  Salon is owned by the amazingly talented Pam Nichopoulos, and is located in the heart of Germantown next to Saddle Creek in the Merchants Row Shops, the salon services the most affluent areas of Memphis and Germantown. } Janice has known Pam for many years in the profession, and they have worked together in the past at Eston Salon.] Pastiche {definition- an artistic composition made up of selections from different works.} Pastiche Salon is a quaint, modern european decor salon nestled in the shops of Merchants Row, a very recognized shopping district in the heart of Germantown, adjacent to Saddle Creek, off of West Street and Poplar Avenue near Germantown Rd.)

A little about Janice Allen: Janice is an experienced hairstylist, specializing in current trends, classic hairstyles, and natural haircolor processes. She is an AVEDA trained professional, with Master Colorist creditation. Janice has been featured in the hair fashion industry in such publications such as  ”Salon Today Magazine”, “Passion Magazine”, “Inspire Magazine”, “Art & Fashion International Master of the Craft”, “Best of Memphis” by The Memphis Flyer and more. With all that, Janice is a down to earth, warm and friendly professional focused on customer appreciation and offering excellent hair color and styles for our clients. {With over 20 successful years owning Eston Salon, the move to Pastiche Salon will give her more time to focus on her client’s and less on running the day to day operations of a big salon business.}

An Aveda Hair Color Salon: Offering our clients the very best in “all natural hair color”. Janice is trained by Aveda, and is a certified Master Purefessional Colorist, and has served as an Aveda Color Educator, helping other salons learn more about Aveda hair color.  We’ve traveled from Minneapolis, to Miami, to New Orleans to attend Aveda hairshows, master classes and other advanced education to keep Memphis looking like a cosmopolitan city. The team at Pastiche is well versed in color, and have over 25 years experience in the professional beauty industry. Pastiche also carries additional color lines to fit the needs of its client base.

Editorial Magazine Stylist:  Janice has been the editors choice salon for Southern Bride Magazine for the past several years, styling the hair for their fashion photo shoots across the Southern USA. Over the past 19 years Janice has been featured in magazines such as ELLE, Town & Country, Inspire, Modern Salon, Salon Today and Passion. For the past 4 years our focus has been with Southern Bride Magazine. Janice is so honored to be selected by Southern Bride Magazine to be their Editorial Stylists!
